Pre-KG / Nursery
Age: 3 to 3.11 years

At this age, children are eager to learn new concepts and are highly receptive. Our program focuses on developing fine motor skills through the Montessori method. Throughout the day, children make self-directed actions with carefully guided choices, participate in small group activities, enjoy circle time, and build the confidence to try new things. Free play is encouraged to allow creativity and imagination to flourish.

Teachers create opportunities for children to engage in reading, writing, listening, and speaking through poems, finger plays, puppets, singing, and rhyming. Our Star Kids children explore their surroundings and interact with various teaching aids, learning about shapes, colors, letters, numbers, patterns, and creative designs.

At this age, children are naturally driven to learn and understand how the world works. We open their eyes to a world of learning, sharing, and exploring. Our teaching approach blends music, art, storytelling, and movement, fostering an explosion of language that allows children to interact more verbally and express their perceptions clearly.

Junior KG (LKG)
Age: 4 to 4.11 years

At this age, children are getting ready for a formal school experience. The LKG program at Star Kids is designed to prepare them by teaching letters, words, math concepts, and valuable social skills. Our themes are crafted to help children understand complex concepts about the world around them. We ensure that each child gains social, emotional, physical, and intellectual skills during this crucial stage.

In the LKG program, children are introduced to formal subjects like Math, Environmental Science, English, and General Awareness.

Senior KG (UKG)
Age: 5 to 5.11 yrs

A child in Senior KG ( UKG ) at Star Kids Preschool is prepared to clear introduction sessions at all formal schools as well immense effort is focused in development of below mentioned key areas:

LANGUAGE

Complete knowledge of writing an English language sentence, paragraph comprehension, stories, introduction to grammar etc. is completed in UKG class. This helps your child to score better grades under a formal school learning experience.

PUBLIC SPEAKING

We focus a lot on public speaking and inculcating a habit among children to respond well to questions asked by family and friends. We emphasis a lot on stage activities, Mike time, circle time activities, picture talk and exhibitions to improvise the habit of public speaking in a child

MATHEMATICS

This program covers development of pre-mathematical skills related to comparison, sorting, matching, ordering, sequencing and counting.

WRITING

Immense effort is on writing cursive, capital, letters and sentences in UKG. Writing opens gateway to learning for any child, the sooner a child learns to write properly quicker the child would be able to grasp English, Math and Science concepts.

Also, our program enhances the development of physical control, mobility, awareness of space and skills in the indoor and outdoor games.

Playgroup
Age Group: 2 to 2.11 years

Playgroup is an exciting and important phase for your child. For the first time, children step out of the comfort of their parents and start to interact with the environment. At Star Kids, we ensure that during Playgroup, children develop affection for the school, make new friends, understand the student-teacher relationship, and discover the world outside their home. There is no formal learning process; instead, learning happens through themes and play activities. We focus on improving gross motor development during this stage using the Montessori method.

The Playgroup Program Focuses on:


Motor Skills

Children in Playgroup spend most of their time exploring rather than sitting in a classroom. Our focus is on developing fine and gross motor skills through activities like circle time, stage activities, walking in the sandpit, and soft gym activities.

Social Skills

Social skills are taught through group conversations, stage activities, and rhyme fun time, helping children engage and interact with their peers.

Emotional Skills

We help children express their emotions and interact with teachers and peers. They learn important life skills such as sharing, cooperation, helping, and respecting elders.

In Playgroup, your child will begin to explore, learn, and grow in a nurturing and stimulating environment, setting the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.

Day Care


Understanding the needs of working parents, Star Kids has developed unique day care facilities for children. Our after-school hours are filled with constructive activities to keep the young ones engaged and happy. Unlike most day cares where meals and sleep are the primary activities, we offer a variety of engaging activities for the children.

We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and ensure our day care coordinators work in shifts to stay fresh and attentive throughout the day. Unlike other day cares where staff may work from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM straight, our day care staff is separate from the school teaching staff and work in shifts to meet day care needs.
